Using a silicone spatula to stir melting chocolate
This set of spatulas has been designed and developed with cooking and baking in mind, both can be used on hot or cold ingredients as the silicone is heat resistant. The large spatula is ideal for smoothing fillings like buttercream or ganache onto cakes, it's also ideal for scraping every last bit of batter out of the mixing bowl. The small spatula has been designed to fit inside pots and jars and is ideal for scraping sticky sauces out of pans. Both spatulas have silicone heads meaning they are ideal for use with all non-stick coated cookware. The handles are made from premium acacia wood and have been finished with a food-grade lacquer and a harbour blue dipped end. Each piece has a detachable head for thorough cleaning. As with all wooden products, these items are not suitable for the dishwasher, to clean simply hand was in warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly.
